The Beal Aqualine 9.5mm is a very lightweight Type B semi-static rope designed for challenging canyoneering. It features a Vectran static strand inside; the 9.5 mm diameter remains flexible after retraction to facilitate knots and kitting, though under repeated soakings the rope's length may reduce by up to 10%.
